To book 1:1 sessions or consults please get in touch. The easiest and quickest way to get in touch with is via WhatsApp. I can often struggle to answer phone calls as I am either out with dogs (in all weathers!) or at home looking after 2 young children. So if you would like to discuss anything via phone it is better to book in a 20 minute free chat.

You can contact me via email however these can sometimes land in junk, or the replies to you land in your junk! This has caused problems, I will always aim reply to all enquiries within 24-48 hours so if you have not heard from me please do send a text/ WhatsApp as it may have got lost somewhere!

 

I am​ very busy and can be booking 4-8 weeks in advance depending on where you are and what days/ times suit you.
