A dog & human centred approach to dog training which is focused on offering ongoing support & guidance.

Do you feel like you've tried everything and are getting nowhere?
That you are hitting wall after wall?
My intervention training programme is designed to get to the bottom of what is really going on, change everything (and I mean pretty much everything) and then start seeing the results you've been trying to get for far too long!
It works!
Why does it work?
> We often get stuck in habits and routines without realising which may be hindering progress. I will throw out any old habits/ routines that I think are limiting you!
> Sometimes we go through life challenges which means that we are not in the frame of mind to train our dogs effectively. That's where my 'taking the lead' training walks come into play. I will take the pressure completely off you, do the training session for you, video everything that happens - and then we'll bring it together in weekly 1:1 training sessions so that you are then given the tools to carry on the training.
> Unlimited WhatsApp support throughout the 3-weeks and you will get full access to my brain! I will tell you everything I am thinking and won't hold back.
> What I can 100% promise you is that you will learn so much about your dog, about your training and you will end the programme seeing your dog in a completely new light.
Ready to take the leap? Lets do it. Together.

Hux's story
4 year old Portuguese Water Dog
Barking/ lunging at traffic - his caregiver could not walk him from the house and was having to drive to secluded places away from roads every single day.
Barking/ lunging and snapping at unknown dogs.
Would bark/ lunge at strangers passing too closely - especially men.
His caregiver reached breaking point where she reached out to me explaining that she dreaded walks, her anxiety was through the roof and she was struggling with not being able to offer Hux the best possible life.
I said to her - okay lets do this. For this to work, I need you to put all your trust in me and do everything I say, no matter how scary it is.
What did we do?
> Ditched beach walks. These were happening twice a week but were not benefitting him.
> Changed walking equipment. His caregiver had been pulled over by him lunging at cars and was terrified of losing control and him getting hit by a car. So we changed his harness, lead and how we were using the lead to give her maximum control whilst also giving Hux maximum freedom to make his own choices.
> Randomised the times he went out (he only went out at pretty much the same time everyday).
> Did 2-3 new locations each week of the programme (he only went out in the same 2-3 locations).
> I often didn't tell her where I was taking Hux (with her permission of course and with her full trust in me) to minimise her anxiety whilst I did the 'taking the lead' walks.
What did we achieve in 3 weeks?
> Pretty much completely got rid of his traffic reactivity that he'd been showing for 4 years with little improvement.
> His distance that he could walk past dogs without reacting reduced hugely!
> The number of locations his caregiver could take him to comfortably increased 10-fold.
> His confidence grew!
> His caregiver's confidence grew!
> Suddenly what felt impossible, was very much possible.
What next?
After the 3 weeks we went back to weekly 1:1 training sessions. This is where we continued to 'open up his world' by doing different locations. We introduced him to stooge dogs and got him comfortably walking with them with no pressure on him at all (one of them is Winnie in the photo above - they are now besties). We continue to build and work towards group classes, going on holiday and just doing all the fun dog-stuff that we all imagine doing when we get a dog.
Hux's journey is very much still ongoing.
