Reconnect walks

Group training walks focused on the dogs co-existing and relaxing amongst each other. They were originally aimed at my 1:1 reactivity clients as a way of their caregivers 'reconnecting' with others on similar journeys. They have grown into so much more than that and I now have tiny puppies joining as well as older dogs who just need controlled socialisation experiences. I even have some join just to get fresh ideas for walking locations and to make friends!

They are held at random days, times & locations - there are options for everyone. Limited to 4-6 dogs, I am very specific about which dogs I allow to join. These are NOT reactive dog classes and if I feel your dog is not yet ready for these groups, I will advise some 1:1 training first.

I hold 2-3 a week, mostly in locations where dogs should be kept on a lead. However I do also hold off-lead sessions in secure fields or on beaches! I try and match dogs together as best I can based on what I know and this works really well. I have 10 years experience of working with dogs professionally and have developed a huge amount on knowledge in regards to mixing dogs safely. These groups are also about giving you the confidence to know what to do on your walks when you are meeting dogs/ people so that you can relax and enjoy your walks more.

The locations vary with options in Deal, Dover, Folkestone & Thanet so that there really is something for everyone!
