Reconnect walks 

​

• Group training walks focused on the dogs co-existing and relaxing alongside each other. 

• Originally aimed at my 1:1 reactivity clients as a way of their caregivers 'reconnecting' with others on similar journeys.

• They have now grown into so much more than that and I now have tiny puppies joining as well as older dogs who just need controlled socialisation experiences.

• They are suitable for dogs/ puppies of all ages! 

• I even have some join just to get fresh ideas for walking locations and to make friends! ​

• They are held at random days, times & locations - there are options for everyone.

• Limited to 4-6 dogs, I am very specific about which dogs I allow to join. These are NOT reactive dog classes and if I feel your dog is not yet ready for these groups, I will advise some 1:1 training first. ​

• I hold at least 2-4 a week as they are so popular! 

• We currently have at least 20-25 dogs coming across the sessions - either ad-hoc or as part of memberships. 

• They are also just as much about giving you the confidence to know what to do on your walks when you are meeting dogs/ people so that you can relax and enjoy your walks more. ​

• The locations vary with options in Deal, Dover, Folkestone & Thanet so that there really is something for everyone!

• Since starting this... it's been rather interesting to see other trainers try and do the same thing! However... it is only Pawcentric that runs 'Reconnect' walks focused on those positive connections!
