Pawcentric regularly hosts various charity events as a way of bringing together the community whilst raising money for charities close to our hearts.

On Saturday 26th July 2025 Pawcentric hosted a charity quiz night in aid of Dementia UK. We raised an amazing £401.82!! 

​

The event was dog friendly of course - but many of the dogs I work with would not be able to cope in a busy environment such as that. 

​

The most incredible part of the whole evening was watching so many people with anxious/ reactive dogs who often feel isolated or like they have to avoid everyone on their walks - all of these people in one room chatting and interacting with each other! No worries about where there dogs were or if they would cope as they were at home chilling. So many of you on similar journeys with your dogs sharing your stories. It was truly incredible to observe. These are just as much about providing social opportunities for clients of Pawcentric as they are about raising money for charity.

As part of the event we also organised a Foodbank donation point - we ended up collecting a huge 31.70kg for Dover Foodbank.
